Paragon fellowship

The Paragon fellowship core impact lies in empowering Asia’s next generation of social entrepreneurs to accelerate their impact.

The program identifies and nurtures high potential young social entrepreneurs up to 30 year of age from Asia Pacific who utilize innovative approaches to generate a significant measurable impact on their communities and promote their work to inspire more young people to become entrepreneurs to escape the cycle of poverty and unemployment.

Spark:Her

SparkHer inspires, connects and accelerates women social enterprises in Asia.

Women’s entrepreneurship matters. It has been recognized during the last decade as an important untapped source of economic growth. However, women still represent a minority of all entrepreneurs and while social entrepreneurship is challenging the glass ceiling for women in entrepreneurship many problems still prevent them from realizing their full potential and growing their ventures.

Against this backdrop, FYSE’s Spark:Her is a unique program that drives concrete positive changes on the performance, scale and impact of the women-led social enterprises.

Program components
» Inspire: The Women Social Enterprise Ambassador program connects the most inspirational women social entrepreneurs in the country. Through sharing their stories, experience and expertise, the Ambassadors help raise entrepreneurship awareness and inspire women to become entrepreneurial.
» Launch: Host Women Incubators  in which women are provided with weekly sessions to develop, validate and kick-start their social ventures.
» Scale: Provide a tailored 2-year fellowship for women social entrepreneur identified through a national competition.
